Shelley Spacek-Miller

Shelley Spacek Miller is a court research associate in the Research Division of the National Center for State Courts. Her current projects focus on a variety of areas, including access to justice and civil justice reform. She has supported several Conference of Chief Justice Committees and a national blue ribbon committee on civil justice reform in state courts. Previous areas of work at NCSC include judicial selection and independence, assistance with a national civil justice data collection effort, and problem-solving court evaluations. Ms. Spacek Miller has also worked and volunteered in the domestic violence and child abuse/neglect arenas. Ms. Spacek Miller received her J.D. from William & Mary School of Law and her B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University.
