Michael Mulé

Michael Mulé is an attorney-advisor at the Federal Coordination and Compliance Section (FCS) of the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice and is a member of the FCS language access courts initiative. He enforces Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and coordinates Title VI enforcement with other federal agencies. Mr. Mulé also worked with the American Bar Association when it created the Standards for Language Access in Courts. Before joining DOJ in 2010, Mr. Mulé was an attorney at the Empire Justice Center in Rochester, NY, where he focused on improving access to services and information for LEP individuals.
