The Future Appointed Counsel Training (FACT) program allowed Drew to begin his passion of being a criminal defense attorney immediately after law school in 2014. His focus on reforming the court-appointment system led to the creation of a non-profit called Restoring Justice seeking to provide holistic and loving trial-level representation and social services to the poor with otherwise inadequate counsel. In his private practice, he also handles Sec. 1983 civil rights cases. At home, he has a one year old named Jonah and a beautiful wife, Jessica, who serves as the Board Chair of Restoring Justice.
