Radhika Singh

Radhika Singh is director of the Civil Legal Aid Initiative, in NLADA’s Civil Legal Services division. The Initiative supports civil legal aid’s role in accomplishing the systemic goals of federal agencies to help stabilize the lives of low-income and vulnerable people and communities. Radhika leads NLADA’s efforts to provide information, training, and technical assistance to civil legal aid and community-based organizations, and advocates with federal agencies to increase civil legal aid’s participation in federal programs and initiatives. She also is an expert in student debt relief programs, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness, income-driven repayment, and loan repayment assistance programs. She previously worked in engagement and advocacy at Equal Justice Works, and was a staff attorney at the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund, focusing on constitutional and civil rights litigation and advocacy.
