This session will focus on the most common compliance issues noted by Office of Compliance and Enforcement staff during oversight visits and desk reviews and the types of issues/concerns most commonly identified by the Office of Inspector General. Recent LSC regulatory changes, changes to LSC Performance Area 4, and the impact these adjustments have had on LSC oversight will also be discussed. Finally, attendees will learn about changes to OCE visit reports, the upcoming revision to the LSC Accounting Guide, and the anticipated increase in training and technical assistance to be provided.
