Systems Thinking for Creating Impact

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Have you ever wondered why a program that you’ve created is not having the impact that you’ve wanted on the overall system, and things just go back right to where it started? Sometimes it is due to not looking more broadly at the system and knowing where the right leverage points are. During this workshop, you’ll learn how a systems thinking approach was used to focus civil legal services for the houseless population, how this kind of approach is used in medical-legal partnerships, and a few ways that you can use these approaches to look at the work that you are trying to do and the impact you are aiming to have.
