The website of the National Coalition for a Civil Right to Counsel, which features an interactive status map with multiple views as well as other advanced technology, now serves as a primary information clearinghouse in the country. However, it was a challenging process that took several years. This panel, which features representatives from both the NCCRC and the company that wrote the website code, will explore how and why the website was created, the challenges encountered during the process, and the lessons learned for those interested in reworking or recreating their organization websites.
