LSC, Microsoft, Pro Bono Net and the Pew Charitable Trusts are partnering with Alaska and Hawaii to develop new “justice portals" to help all people with civil legal needs more easily access assistance. This workshop will highlight recent developments in this initiative, now dubbed Legal Navigator, as the pilots approach their launch in 2019. Presenters will discuss how the pilots have been guided by Microsoft's Inclusive Design methodology, intersections with Justice for All initiatives, and what the partners are learning from the project’s cutting edge collaboration and technology approach.
