Join this session for an exploration of the ways in which all states can take advantage of recent access to justice developments, including a report on how the Justice For All Project (supported by the Public Welfare Foundation, The Kresge Foundation, and Open Society Foundations) states are implementing their strategic action plans to move toward meaningful access to justice for all. Panelists will also discuss the recommendations contained within the recent Access to Justice Commission Staffing and Funding report from the ABA Resource Center for Access to Justice Initiatives, lessons and findings from the Justice For All state reports, next steps for the Justice For All project, and where the future lies for these efforts for other states.
