This year’s conference includes a special focus on Racial Justice, Diversity, and Inclusion Programming. Workshops that will address this overarching theme include [RJ] after the session title.
Lived experience is the most powerful educator, and the client voice is the most powerful messenger. The Client Caucus this year will focus in a new way on how clients engage with their communities, lead change, and take command of real results. Clients will be introduced to strategies for developing clear objectives that are grounded in understanding what is really important to them and the communities they serve. Building a team culture for achieving those objectives and cultivating trust will be among the tools provided, along with understanding the power of unity to achieve change. Clients are a force for change, and this Caucus will put tools in the hands of our most valued resource—the Client.
